February 13-15, 2009 For one weekend each year, this genteel city roars to life with the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition, the nation’s largest wildlife art and nature event. Now in its 27th year, the Expo showcases original paintings, carvings and sculpture by some of the most gifted artists in the wildlife art genre, as well as photography, gifts and collectibles, conservation exhibits, family activities, and more.

This annual tournament is played over the famed Harbour Town Golf Links and is the only PGA TOUR stop annually in South Carolina. The field is made up of the finest golfers in the world. Harbour Town Golf Links was designed by Pete Dye in consultation with Jack Nicklaus and carries with it a bit of Scottish aire. As well as its noted historic significance, Harbour Town is recognized annually as one of America's top courses, and is repeatedly selected by the PGA TOUR professionals as one of their favorites.
