Now in its 15th season on the Grand Strand, visitors and locals agree that Legends In Concert is a fun-filled concert of fun for everyone. The theater is located just six miles south of the center of Myrtle Beach in Surfside Beach, also known as the family beach.
This world famous live tribute show features an amazing all star cast of FIVE great acts in ONE grand show. Legends In Concert performances are the real thing, with performers singing with their natural voices and perfection of mannerisms, hair and dress of the original celebrities portrayed.
All this backed by a hot live band, singers, dancers, special effects and lighting in an intimate style theater where everyone has a great view. The acts rotate at least four times a year, so audiences experience a brand-new performance each season. Voted number one show on the beach, It's An Event You Won't Forget!
Calvin Gilmore also brought another venture to the town, a show that features impersonations of the biggest stars in the business, including Cher, Dolly, Reba, the Blues Brothers, and (inevitably) Elvis and Marilyn Monroe -- the latter two being perhaps the easiest to imitate. Michael Jackson, the Beatles, Nat King Cole, Elton John, Judy Garland, John Lennon, and even Liberace get into the act. Singers, dancers, and a live band are featured.
